Blend Opening Titles

I had the pleasure to work with Gunner Studios on the opening Titles for Blend Fest 2019.

I got the opportunity to work on a couple of shots for the titles but my primary responsibility was to figure out the Maya to C4D character animation pipeline. We took the Blend Fest Monster which was first animated in Maya & then brought it into Cinema through a streamlined alembic workflow. The challenging task on this project was for me to come up with a Cinema 4D facial rig that seamlessly attached to the Maya character animations.

In addition to working on the titles, I had the real privilege of not only attending Blend Fest but having the incredibly high honor to speak at Blend Fest this past year. Such a humbling experience and one of the highlights of my career. Above is a recording of my talk from the conference.
