Black Panther
The summer of 2017 Perception NY reached out on behalf of Marvel Studios to bring me on board for a high profile project they had in house. What would followed was the incredible opportunity to work on both the Prologue Sequence & the Main End Title Sequence for the film Black Panther. I was in charge of helping Perception create the previz animatic for the prologue sequence as well as assisting in 2D & 3D animation for the end title sequence.
The following is a breakdown of our design & animation process for the prologue sequence as well as the main end title sequence for the film.
For this film, I was also responsible for generating various african 2D animated patterns to power various particle effects in Cinema 4D X-Particles and Houdini.
